Manage Clients Dashboard Overview

The Manage Clients Dashboard is your home to create and view dynamic reports of data across your client base, from lists of clients, accounts, households, holdings, performance, and more. Each report can be completely customized to quickly and automatically sort, filter, and group exactly the data you need to see. These report views can then be shared with whomever else in the firm might benefit from the information.

The Manage Clients Dashboard is accessed by selecting Manage Clients > Dashboard from the main navigation of the Portfolio Management Suite.

Quick Reports Ribbon

The Quick Reports ribbon gives global totals across your firm, as well as allowing you to jump to quick templates for reports of those totals. See Creating a New Report for details.

In addition, the ribbon lists current unread notifications. Click at the bottom of the card to be taken to the Manage Clients > Notifications workspace.

If you have CRM client sync turned on, additional information will be displayed about matched and unmatched CRM clients. Click the jump arrow to be taken to the matching dialog to view existing matches or match unmatched clients. See Matching Clients from AdvisorEngine CRM Client/Record Sync for more details.

Custom Reports List

The Custom Reports list features all saved reports available to your user. See Viewing Reports for more details.

The Custom Reports list also contains a set of AdvisorEngine provided Templates that expand on the quick reports available from the Quick Reports ribbon. See Creating a New Report for more details.
