When Viewing a Report, you can make changes to the underlying structure of the report at any time, provided it is a report you own. Reports that are shared to you must first be copied and changes made to that copy. Any changes you make to a report you have shared with others will affect the view of all who access that shared report.
The following controls are available in a report only when you have edit access. If you make any changes to the following sections, be sure to click
when you finish.Set Date
Reports of Data Categories that deal with financial data have a date selector available to choose which timeframe to display data from. By default most of these are set to always display the Previous Business Day, but this date can be adjusted by clicking the date selector and setting a new date.
Filter
Click
to see exactly which columns can be filtered and if any already have filters applied. There is no limit to the number of column you can filter, but only one filter per column can be applied.Choose Columns

Clicking
in the report header to choose columns that will permanently pin to the left of the report. These columns will persist regardless of scrolling the report horizontally.Rearrange Columns
If needed you can hover a column header, then click and drag to move the column around the report. Certain columns are locked depending on the report type and cannot be moved.
Group by Column
To group by a column, click on the column header and drag the column above the header bar. Drop the column name in the new bar that appears to initiate grouping. Not all columns are eligible for grouping. You may group by up to 3 columns.
Click on the grouped by name to remove the grouping.
Edit Report Details
Click Share settings of the Report. Click when finished.
