Deleting Correspondence Actions

AdvisorEngine CRM allows you to mass delete the Actions associated with any correspondence sent from within the CRM by using the Correspondence History feature. This will also delete the history of the correspondence entirely. Note that to appear in the Correspondence History list, a Recipient List must have been created when the correspondence was originally done.

  1. Navigate to Correspond > Correspondence History from the site navigation.
  2. Find and click the correspondence history item you want to re-download in the history Grid.
  3. Click Delete This History in the bottom right.
  4. Click the Delete actions also? checkbox.
  5. Click OK to confirm the deletion. This cannot be undone.
