Adding Persons to a Record
Each Record in AdvisorEngine CRM can hold up to two Persons.
Adding a Person to a Record can be accomplished through a few different methods:
- Add a new Person to an existing Record. See below.
- Add a new Person when creating a Record. See Adding a New Record.
- Add an existing Person from another Record by merging the Records together. See Merging Records.
- Add an existing Person from another Record by linking the Person to both Records. See Linking a Person to More than One Record.
Adding a New Person to an Existing Record
- Navigate to the Record Detail view of the Record.
- Click the add control
on the right of the Record/Person cards. The Enter Person Information window opens. - Enter the appropriate information for the new Person. See the Person Details section of Profile Information Overview for more details on the fields available.
- Click .
You can now enter more Contact Information, Personal Details, and Interests and Favorites for the new Person.
