Accessing the Records Workspace from a mobile device will bring up the following streamlined interface.

At the top, you can perform a Basic Search to narrow the list of Records.

From here or from the Record detail view, you may tap a phone number or email address to call or e-mail using your phone’s default apps for those services.

Tap the Record name or swipe a record line from left to right to open the Record details.

The Record detail will display a streamlined list of the most pertinent information for the Record. If needed, you may also add a Mobile Action for the Record by tapping
