Dashboard Card: Opportunities Won - Projected vs Actual

Opportunities Won - Projected vs Actual is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

Opportunities Won - Projected vs Actual

The Opportunities Won - Projected vs Actual Card compares the actual values of won Opportunities with the projected values entered when the Opportunity was created.

To display on this Card, an Opportunity must:

  • Have the Won/Lost status set to Won.
  • Have a pair of values entered in either Projected Recurring Revenue and Actual Recurring Revenue, Projected Non-Recurring Revenue and Actual Non-Recurring Revenue, or Projected Asset Value and Actual Asset Value.

View By

Click the View By drop-down to choose between viewing the Card by Projected Asset Value, Projected Non-Recurring Revenue, or Projected Recurring Revenue.

Set Owners

Click the OWNERS drop-down in the upper right to adjust whose won Opportunities you are viewing.

  • Remove owners by clicking remove by the user name.
  • Remove all currently selected owners by clicking in the bottom right.
  • Add owners by clicking and selecting the users to add. Click to collapse the selection drop-down.
  • Toggle Show Only Active Employees on to only see active Users or off to see data for any Users whether active or not.
  • Click APPLY to confirm your changes.

Set Date Range

Click the date range in the upper right corner to choose how much historical data to display in the tile. Choose a pre-defined range or set a custom range. The where an Opportunity will appear is determined by the Date Completed field on the Opportunity.

Drill Down

Click the comparison graph to open a filtered Grid showing Actual values for the selected Opportunties with calculated totals.

  • Use the Search box to search by Record Name or Opportunity Name for a particular Opportunity.
  • Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
  • Click any row to be taken to the Opportunity detail or GO TO GRID to be taken to the Opportunities workspace.
