Opportunities Won by Advisor

The Opportunities Won by Advisor card shows the total Actual Assets won from all applicable Opportunities by Advisor.

For a won opportunity to count toward an Advisor’s total...

The Record the Opportunity is attached to must:

• Must have a Classification of Client and not have exclient or ex-client.
• Must have the Advisor listed as Advisor 1.
• Must not be deleted or have a Termination Date.

The Opportunity on the Record must:

• Have the Won/Lost status set to Won.
• Have a Completed Date in the date range set on the card’s filter.
• Have an Actual Asset Value entered.

Set Date Range

Click the date range in the upper right corner to choose how much historical data to display in the tile. Choose a pre-defined range or set a custom range. The where an Opportunity will appear is determined by the Date Completed field on the Opportunity.

Hover

Hover over any bar on the graph for details of how many clients are included and the Actual Asset total for that Advisor.

Drill Down

Click the a bar on the graph to open a filtered Grid showing the Records with won opportunities for the selected Advisor, or click View All Advisors at the bottom to open a grid of all relevant Records.

• Use the Search box to search by Record Name or Opportunity Name for a particular Opportunity.
• Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
• Click any row to be taken to the associated Opportunity.
