Client Portal Prospect Flow and User Signup
The Client Portal can be used as a welcome for prospects that are not onboarded by an advisor directly. Prospects can be invited to your Client Portal via an invitation link that you can email or post on your website. This link invites the prospect to take an initial questionnaire and create an account on the Client Portal for account opening.
When a prospect arrives on the client portal via invite link, they will experience the following flow:
- The prospect is prompted to begin taking the Risk Tolerance Questionnaire set for the tenant.
- After finishing the questionnaire the prospect is shown a model proposal and invited to create a user on the Portal.
- Once the prospect is registered, they can access the main client portal.
