Setting Up Report Package Defaults

The Report Packager allows firms to establish consistent reporting across all households, clients, and accounts. See Report Packager Overview for details.

Setting Up Report Package Defaults

Report Package Default settings control the following options that will be included with all Reports:

  • The Firm image that appears at the top right of the Report Package cover page.
  • The Firm logo that appears at the top left of the Report Package cover page.
  • The large “hero” image that appears on Report Package cover pages.
  • The text of the Disclaimer and Legal Copy page.
  1. Navigate to Grow Practice > Customization > Report Packages.
  2. Click Set Up Defaults in the upper right and adjust the following as needed.
    • Add Cover Page Logo:
      1. Click Browse files....
      2. Locate an image file on your computer to upload. Any file size is allowed. The cover page space for a logo is 450px by 133px. Uploaded images will be scaled to fit this space.
      3. Select the file and click Open.
      4. Click Upload. The image will appear in the cover page preview beneath.
    • Add Report Cover Page Image:
      1. Click Browse files....
      2. Locate a file on your computer that fits the required specifications (3000x1000px, JPG or PNG, 72dpi, under 3MB).
      3. Select the file and click Open.
      4. Click Upload. The image will appear in the cover page preview beneath.
    • The Disclaimer and Legal Copy is blank by default. Any text entered here will appear on the Disclaimer page of a Report Package.
  3. When all edits are completed, click Save Default Settings to commit your changes.

Report Footer Information

Each page of a report package is printed with a footer that includes the firm name, website, and the printing date. The name and website is pulled directly from Run Business > Firm Profile > General Information and can be edited there if needed.
