To change ownership of an Asset (or Liability) in AdvisorEngine CRM and move it to another Record, change the Ownership value of the Asset to the new Record.

Begin by opening the Asset you wish to reassign.

1. Click Edit in the upper right of the Asset.
2. Click on the current Owner.
3. Click on Record Name.
4. In the search bar, type the name of Person 1, Person 2, or the Record/Entity Name. Click the appropriate Record to assign as Asset Owner and click Save on the Edit Owners window.
5. Click Save in the upper right of the asset to commit the ownership change.
