Dashboard Card: Client Contact Trends
Client Contact Trends is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.
	The Client Contact Trends card charts the amount of contact points with clients over a set time period. Any Actions in the specified date range with an Action Type of Email, Meeting, or Phone will count for the graph data. The date of contact is taken from the Date Entered on the Action.
	
	Contact Type
	
		Use this drop-down to see only contact points of a specific type: Email, Meeting, or Phone.
	Set Advisors
	
		Click the ADVISORS drop-down in the upper right to adjust whose contact numbers you are viewing.
		
		
			- Remove advisors by clicking remove  by the user name. by the user name.
- Remove all currently selected advisors by clicking  in the bottom right. in the bottom right.

- Click APPLY to confirm your changes.
Set Date Range
	
		Click the date range in the upper right corner to choose how much historical data to display in the tile. Choose a pre-defined range or set a custom range.
		
	Hover
	
		Hover over any point on the graph for additional details on the items in that segment including a contact breakdown by type.
		
	Drill Down
	
		Click any point of the graph to open a pop-up Grid filtered to the counted Actions.
		
			- Use the Search box to search by Record Name, Advisor, Entered by, or Type.
- Click  to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV. to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
- Click any row to be taken directly to that Action.
