Before assigning Service Levels to Records, you must first have completed the previous steps of setting up the Service Monitor. Be sure to review the Service Monitor Setup: Overview to gain an understanding of how each part works and what needs to be completed first.
The Service Monitor begins working for a Record on the day a Service Level is assigned to it. This means that the initial due dates for each Service on the Record are calculated from the date the Service Level is applied. Adding a large number of Records to a Service Level on the same day will give you a large number of Services with the same due date. AdvisorEngine recommends adding Service Levels on a per-client basis during some staggered event that is particular to that client (such as a regular review cycle).
On an individual Record, Service Level appears as part of the Record Card located on the Record Summary. (The card must be configured to include this field.)
