Recurring Actions vs. Service Monitor

Recurring Actions vs. Service Monitor

How can you use AdvisorEngine CRM to help automate your tasks and reminders so neither your clients nor important tasks fall through the cracks? The name of this game is automation. There are two features in AE CRM that will help to remind someone about a recurring task: Recurring Actions and the Client Service Monitor.

Trying to determine which one is right for your firm? Both. There are some tasks that recur on a specific date, and for those reminders you want to use Recurring Actions. There are some tasks that need a little flexibility when completing, and for these reminders you would want to use the Client Service Monitor.

Below are examples of tasks that would be best suited for each option.
