Rebalancer Overview

Rebalancer Overview

The Rebalancer tab of Investment Management calls attention to Target Portfolios that have met the criteria to be flagged for a potential rebalance, allowing you to review the rebalance options and send in the necessary trades. This includes targets that have been applied but never balanced to the target, high or low cash targets, or targets that have fallen past the position drift thresholds.

The rebalancer checks all Target Portfolios nightly and presents suggested trade actions based on this data.

This articles linked below describe the navigation and function of each area of the Rebalancer tab. For specific directions on selecting, queueing, and approving trades, see Rebalancing Accounts.

Rebalancer Sections

The Rebalancer tab is broken up into three sub-tabs with the following basic functions:

  • Accounts to Rebalance: Accounts that have met specific criteria flagging them as needing a rebalance.
  • Pending Approval: Accounts that have been selected in the previous tab and sent to generate trades.
  • History: The results of trades that were previously submitted through the rebalancer.
