For the Citrix ShareFile integration to be available in AdvisorEngine CRM, you must configure ShareFile to accept AE CRM as a Trusted domain. Because the url for AE CRM varies, there is a list of domains (below) that must be added.

Setting AE CRM as a Trusted Domain

1. In Citrix ShareFile Settings, navigate to Admin Settings > Security > Login & Security Policy.
2. In the Trusted Domains box, remove any existing AE CRM-related domains.
3. Copy and paste the following list into the Trusted Domains box. If you have other domains listed, ensure that a single comma and space separate the end of your current list and the beginning of the AE CRM list.
