AdvisorEngine CRM allows you to make mass changes to certain Asset fields for the Assets you select.

1. Open the Asset Workspace.
2. From the command bar, click the Tools > Asset Data Change Tool.
3. Select the field you want to change from the drop-down.
• If the field is a checkbox-type field, you will either choose to Add (make it checked) or Remove (make it unchecked).
• If the field is a data field, you will choose to Add, followed by the data you wish to change it to, or choose Remove to clear the field.
4. Finally, in the Grid below, select all the Assets you want to apply the change to.
5. Click Apply Change(s) when all your settings are correct.

You can return here and click Undo Changes for up to seven days to remove the change.
