Clients Eligible for Medicare is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

Clients Eligible for Medicare

The Clients Eligible for Medicare card shows all Records with a person whose age calculated from the entered Date of Birth is 65 or older as of the current date over the last 3 months. Clients who became eligible prior to 3 months before the current date do not apear on the list.

To appear in the chart, a Record must have an Advisor 1 assigned, have a Client classification, no Termination Date, and an entered Date of Birth for the Person(s) on the Record.

Set Advisors

Click the ADVISORS drop-down in the upper right to adjust whose Records you are viewing.

• Remove advisors by clicking remove by the user name.
• Remove all currently selected advisors by clicking in the bottom right.
• Add advisors by clicking and selecting the users to add. Click to collapse the selection drop-down.
• Click APPLY to confirm your changes.

Filter by Service Level

Click the Service Level drop-down in the upper right to see only persons of the selected Service Level(s)

Open Record

Click on any Record name to open the selected Record.

View All

Click on VIEW ALL CLIENTS at the bottom of the card to be taken to a Grid of all Records that meet the selected filter criteria.

• Use the Search box to search for a particular Record.
• Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
• Click any row to be taken directly to the selected Record.
