Policies Placed by Type is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

Policies Placed by Type

The Policies Placed by Type card displays a pie chart of the top 6 insurance policy types and the remaining in the Other slice.

Only policies on Records that have an Advisor 1 assigned, have a Client classification, and no Termination Date are included.

Policies themselves must have a policy date, the effective date must be before or during the selected time span, and not have an expiration date during the selected time span.

View By

Use the Agents filter to view policies based on the Agent Name field of insurances.

Select Period

Use the Period drop-down to choose how far back to view active policies. You can select YTD, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, or define a custom date range.

Drill Down

Click any slice to view a grid of the specific policies of that type along with additional details around the policies.

• Use the Search box to search for a particular policy.
• Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
• Click any row to be taken directly to the selected insurance policy.
