Total Actions Completed w/ Avg Completion Time is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

Total Actions Completed w/ Avg Completion Time

The Total Actions Completed card shows how many Actions were completed in a set timeframe for a selected group of Users as well as the time between the Action Creation and the Action Completed.

Filter by Service Level, Type, Category, or Employees

Click the Service Level, Type, Category, or Employees drop-down in the upper right to filter the Actions you are viewing.

• Remove filters by clicking remove by the item name.
• Remove all currently selected filters in a category by clicking in the bottom right.
• Add filters by clicking and selecting the items to add. Click to collapse the selection drop-down.
• Click APPLY to confirm your changes.

Set Date Range

Click the date range in the upper right corner to choose how much historical data to display in the tile. Choose a pre-defined range or set a custom range.

Toggle Average Completion Time

Click Average Completion Time on the bottom of the graph to remove the completion time bars from the graph and view only the number of completed actions in the timeframe.

Drill Down

Hover over any point on the graph to view the completed Actions and Avg Completion Time totals for that datapoint. Click on any point to be taken to a Grid of just the completed Actions for that interval.
