Top Holdings

Top Holdings shows a treemap chart of the most-held positions across all managed assets for the firm and the percentage they make up of the total holdings.

To display here, a holding must be part of an open Asset set to Managed. The Record must have a Classification of Client, have an Advisor 1 assigned, and have no Termination Date.

View By

Click the View By drop-down to choose between viewing the Top 10 Holdings or Top 20 Holdings.

Set Advisors

Click the ADVISORS drop-down in the upper right to adjust whose assets you are viewing.

• Remove advisors by clicking remove by the user name.
• Remove all currently selected advisors by clicking in the bottom right.
• Add advisors by clicking and selecting the users to add. Click to collapse the selection drop-down.
• Click APPLY to confirm your changes.
