Setting Client Meeting Frequency

Setting Client Meeting Frequency

In order to track a client’s meeting frequency using the Meeting Monitor report, you must first set a Meeting Frequency in the client’s Record. Follow the steps below to set the frequency and allow the client to appear in the Meeting Monitor report.

  1. Open the Record you want to track meetings for.
  2. Navigate to the Details > Profile Information section of the Record.
  3. Click edit command on either the Meeting Frequency field.
  4. Select an option in the Meeting Frequency drop-down. (The interval options available cannot currently be edited.)
  5. Click Save.

The Meeting Monitor Report will begin tracking time elapsed from the last Action on the Record with an Action Type of Meeting against the Meeting Frequency interval you selected.

TIP: This field can be set for multiple Records at once using the Record Data Change Tool.
