Setting Client Meeting Frequency

Setting Client Meeting Frequency

In order to track client meetings using the Meeting Monitor report, you must first set a Meeting Frequency in the client’s Record. Follow the steps below to set the frequency and allow the client to appear in the Meeting Monitor report.

Note: Meeting Frequency options are set in the system and cannot be adjusted. If you want to use the Meeting Monitor report, you can only choose from the available options of Biennial, Annual, Semi-Annual, Tri-Annual, or Quarterly. If none of these work for you, try using the Service Monitor to create a customized interval for a Meeting-type service.
  1. Locate and open the Record you need to set the Meeting Frequency for.
  2. Navigate to Details > Profile within the Record.
  3. In the Engagement box, hover over the Meeting Frequency field and click the EDIT box that appears.
  4. Select the desired meeting frequency and click to confirm.

The Meeting Monitor Report will begin tracking time elapsed from the last Action on the Record with an Action Type of Meeting against the Meeting Frequency interval you selected.

Tip: This field can be set for multiple Records at once using the Record Data Change Tool.
