Service Monitor Setup: Mapping Services
Before diving into defining the components of your Service Monitor, please be sure to review the Service Monitor Setup: Overview to gain an understanding of how each part works together.
- Navigate to Settings > Service Monitor.
- Under Mappings of Service Levels to Services, click .
- Select the Service Level that this Mapping will apply to.
- Select the Service that this Mapping will apply to.
- The remaining fields will pre-fill based on the definition created for the Service. You may edit any of the default details as needed.
- Click Add
to confirm the addition.
