Customizing Grid Columns

Each Grid in AdvisorEngine CRM has a default set of relevant data columns shown. Most grids have many more columns of data available than what displays by default. Using the Column Chooser, you can find and select exactly the data points you need to see for whatever task you need to accomplish. Additionally, columns can rearranged and resized to further refine the view of your data.

Choosing Grid Columns

  1. Click the column chooser from the right of most Grids.
  2. Scroll or search for the columns you want to select to add, or deselect columns you wish to remove.
    • Optional: Click Select None to remove all current column selections start your selections from scratch.
  3. Click Save Selected Fields to return to the Grid.

Reordering Grid Columns

To change the order of the columns, click and drag a column header to a new location.

Resizing Grid Columns

To resize a column, click and drag from the end of the column header.

Tip: Once you have your Grid columns selected and arranged, try saving this new layout as a Grid Template.
