Tracking Revenue

AdvisorEngine CRM allows you to enter and report on the revenue generated by a client for your firm. Revenue is entered either manually per Record or it is imported in bulk for multiple Records. Once entered, Revenue can be viewed within a Record, or can be viewed across many Records simultaneously with the Revenue Report.

Adding Revenue to a Record Manually

  1. Open the Record you want to add a Revenue entry for.
  2. Navigate to the Financials > Revenue section of the Record (Profile > Revenue in the Legacy Layout).
  3. Click Add Revenue.
  4. Enter the details about the Revenue you are logging. Note that the Date and Revenue Type fields can be used as criteria when running the Revenue Report so be sure to fill them in carefully each time.
  5. Click Save to log the Revenue.
