When viewing the Trade Monitor in the Investment Management > Trade Desk, the current status of the requested trades is displayed. The following statuses are possible:

| Approved | Trade state when order is en-route from AE to CoPilot |
| Cancelled | Order deleted out of CoPilot |
| Compliance Passed | Trade state when order is en-route from AE to CoPilot |
| Confirmed | Trade state when order is en-route from AE to CoPilot |
| Created at Flyer | Order received at CoPilot |
| Created | Trade state when order is en-route from AE to CoPilot |
| Done at Flyer | Trade state when order is en-route back to AE from CoPilot |
| Done for Day | Partial fill |
| Done | Reading from Fix Flyer Trade state when order is en-route back to AE from CoPilot |
| Failed | Order failed to process end to end from AE to CoPilot |
| Filled | Order is completed |
| Held | Order is in Compliance waiting for review |
| New | Trade state when order is en-route from AE to CoPilot |
| Not Seen On Flyer | Order has been sent to Flyer but AE is no longer tracking the order |
| Partially Filled | Order is at CoPilot and is being filled |
| Processing | Trade state when order is en-route from AE to CoPilot |
| Promoted to Working | On Working Orders blotter at Co-Pilot |
| Promoting | About to send/sending to Working Orders blotter at Co-Pilot |
| Ready to Close | Trade state when order is en-route back to AE from CoPilot |
| Rejected at Custodian | Order rejected by custodian |
| Sent | Trade state when order is en-route from AE to CoPilot |
| Submitted | About to send/sending to Flyer Co-Pilot |
| Submitting | On Staged Orders blotter at Co-Pilot |
| Tracking on Flyer | Order is at CoPilot and is changing states and will then begin execution |
