Digital Onboarding and Account Services

  • Fidelity and Schwab firms can now choose to enable a Compliance Check step after account opening or maintenance workflows are complete before the forms are submitted to the custodian.
  • Fidelity cash transfer requests initiated from the client portal are now automatically sent to the custodian when the client completes the request.
  • Advisor-led Schwab cash transfers have been simplified in line with other custodians. One-time, recurring transfers, and linking bank accounts can all be accomplished in one unified workflow.
