Editing an Existing Portfolio in the Client Portal

After a client has completed the risk tolerance questionnaire (RTQ) and been assigned a model, they are able to change their RTQ answers to be assigned a different model for their Investment Profile if this feature is enabled.

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Expand the Investment Accounts section beneath the Summary cards.
  3. Locate an account tied to the investment profile you want to change. Below the account name the investment profile is listed as “Part of [Investment Profile Name]”. Click the name of the profile to open edit slide-out
    • If enabled, the selected Investment Model can be changed directly from the drop-down.
    • To change the Investment Profile associated with this account, click Update Investment Profile beneath the model summary. From here you can change to another profile, edit your current answers to the Risk Tolerance Questionnaire, or create a new profile by taking the RTQ again from scratch.
