Editing an Existing Portfolio in the Client Portal

After a client has completed the risk tolerance questionnaire (RTQ) and been assigned a model, they are able to change their RTQ answers to be assigned a different model for their portfolio if this feature is enabled.

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Select the Planning tab.
  3. Select the desired portfolio from the drop-down in the upper left.
  4. In the header of the portfolio, click the menu button in the upper right and select Edit Portfolio This will take you to the start of the RTQ.
  5. Go through the RTQ again, changing answers as needed to be assigned a different model.
  6. Finish as before and accept the model assignment.
