Editing an Existing Portfolio in the Client Portal
After a client has completed the risk tolerance questionnaire (RTQ) and been assigned a model, they are able to change their RTQ answers to be assigned a different model for their portfolio if this feature is enabled.
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- In the header of the portfolio, click the More menu > Edit Portfolio. This will take you to the start of the RTQ.
- Go through the RTQ again, changing answers as needed to be assigned a different model.
- Finish as before and accept the model assignment.
