Creating a New Portfolio in the Client Portal
If a user of the Client Portal wants to create a new Investment Profile with a different model, they can begin it from the Client Portal with the following steps:
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- From the Overview tab, click the Open Account button beneath the summary cards.
- Complete the risk questionnaire. If the same answers are given as any previous Investment Profile, the new profile will be assigned the same model.
Note: Clients registering for TAMP accounts are not automatically assigned a target at this step. The advisor is alerted to review the questionnaire and assign an appropriate target, at which point the client can proceed with account opening.
