Electronic Signature Process
Electronic signing is handled by DocuSign with client verification done by LexisNexis or secure SMS.

How do I sign a DocuSign document
When finished, the DocuSign Certificate of Completion will be appended to the bottom of the PDF forms. This document will be included in the client documentation packet sent to the Custodian.
