Duplicating Risk Tolerance Questionnaires

Duplicating Risk Tolerance Questionnaires

It is possible to create a copy of an existing questionnaire if you need a similar version with small modifications rather than starting a new questionnaire from scratch.

  1. Navigate to Grow Practice > Customization > Questionnaires.
  2. Use the checkboxes to select the Questionnaire(s) you want to duplicate.
  3. Use the drop-down in the bottom left to select the Duplicate operation.
  4. Click OK.

The Questionnaire page will refresh. Duplicates of the selected Questionnaires will appear at the end of the list with the word “Copy” appended to the Title. You can now Edit the Questionnaire as needed.

Note: Each Model can only be linked to one Questionnaire. If you want to use the same Models with a duplicate Questionnaire you will need to duplicate the Models as well and assign the duplicates to the new Questionnaire. See Adding and Editing Models if needed.
