  • A Service Alert will be created whenever a user logs into the Client Portal for the first time to prompt potential follow-up by the Advisor.


  • Account Billing Start Date will now default to the Account Open date for all new accounts. All previously open accounts will not be affected.
  • Users may manually override this default by going to Run Business > Billing > Billing Settings and selecting either Billing Start Date; Initial Funding Date; or First Purchase Date. See Billing Settings for more details.


  • Performance history for new accounts can now be set to start from date of first buy instead of the current date of first funding. Setting can be controlled from Grow Practice > Customization > Performance.
